Actor Vinayakan has strongly criticized Suresh Kumar, the father of actress Keerthy Suresh, for his recent statements.

In his interview, Suresh Kumar spoke about actors’ salaries, the situation of producers, and film failures. He also discussed the revenue figures displayed on movie posters and mentioned that actors starting their own production companies could be risky. Being a senior producer and an office bearer in the association, his comments have shocked many in the industry.

Responding to Suresh Kumar’s statements, Vinayakan criticized him by saying, “Is cinema your family property? Tell your wife and children not to act in films. I am a film actor. If I wish, I can produce, direct, distribute, and screen movies. This is India. Jai Hind.”
