Producer S.S. Lalit Kumar, known for films like ‘Master’ and ‘Leo’ starring Vijay, and ‘Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal’ starring Vijay Sethupathi, is currently producing ‘Love Insurance Company.’ In his next production, his son L.K. Akshay Kumar will make his acting debut alongside Vikram Prabhu as the lead.

Director Suresh, who previously worked as an assistant to Vetrimaaran, will make his directorial debut with this film. Music will be composed by Justin Prabhakaran, while cinematography will be handled by Mathesh Manickam.

Talking about the yet-to-be-titled film, director Suresh shared, “The story is written by ‘Taanakkaran’ Tamil based on a true incident. The plot revolves around a police officer, played by Vikram Prabhu, escorting convict Akshay Kumar to court, with their conversations forming the crux of the film. The story is set in Sivagangai. Akshay Kumar has undergone acting training for this role and fits the character well. The first schedule of shooting has already begun.”
