Vijay Antony is a renowned music composer and actor in the Tamil film industry. While his next film 'Raththam' is gearing up for a grand release on October 6, he recently held a live music concert for his fans in Chennai on September 9th and the show was a huge success.

Meanwhile, Isai Puyal AR Rahman and his team performed the live music concert 'Marakkuma Nenjam' in ECR, Chennai on September 10th. The show had poor organising and received heavy backlash from those who went there. Following it, AR Rahman stated that he will take responsibility and promised to refund the ticket cost to the fans. He kept his promise.

In addition to these confusions, a popular Youtube channel released a video yesterday in which they had accused composer Vijay Antony and a political party for conspiring against AR Rahman and his concert. This created a huge stir on social media and left the Vijay Antony fans worried. Now, Vijay Antony took to X to clear the air and issued a statement denying those allegations. Further, he added that he will sue the channel and use the money to financially weak musical artists in the industry.

Vijay Antony's statement says, "Greetings to all the people who love me. With deep worries, I hope to put a full stop to some controversies. In a Youtube channel, a sister started a rumour involving me and brother AR Rahman. It is completely false! I am going to sue the Youtube channel. I have decided to give all the money from the defamation suit to my friends in the music industry who are in need. Always with love, Your Vijay Antony." (sic)
