Kamal Haasan is a multi-faceted film personality with a flair for knowledge in all aspects of filmmaking. His music knowledge is also known widely. No doubt, music in his movies would be foot-tapping and catchy. The music for his forthcoming film, Vasool Raja MBBS, being composed by Bharadwaj has six numbers with a couple of numbers being rendered by Kamal Haasan himself. Lyrics by Vairamuthu add strength to it. Bharadwaj, who had scored music for movies like Amarkalam, JJ, Autograph, seems to have been successful  in his attempts to come out with songs that would delight music-buffs.

Especially the numbers, Kaadu Thiranthae Kidakirathu, a soft melodious number sung by Hariharan and Sadhana Sargam invite appreciation.

Kamal Haasan's Alwarpet Aaluda and Kalaka Povadhu Yaru, which are peppy and foot-tapping have already hit the audio charts.

Pathukulae Number Onnu Sollu by K K  and Shreya Ghosal has good harmony and synchronization.

Unfortunately, the last number of the album, Cheena Thana sung by Grace, (wife of actor Karunas), seems a repeat of Bharadwaj's O Podu in Gemini.

In a nutshell, the audio of Vassol Raja MBBS , is sure to make it big for its catchy tunes by Bharadwaj and good lyrics by Vairamuthu.
