Actor Silambarasan, celebrating his 41st birthday today, is set to star in a new movie directed by Ramkumar Balakrishnan, known for the successful film "Parking" featuring Harish Kalyan and M.S. Bhaskar. The announcement of Silambarasan's 49th film was made by the production team, revealing its genre as a crime thriller. The poster showcases Silambarasan holding a blood-stained knife inside a book, heightening curiosity.

This film will be produced by Aakash Baskaran of Dawn Pictures. Before this, Silambarasan had also announced another project directed by Ashwath Marimuthu, known for his work on "Oh My Kadavule." However, work on this film will begin only after Ashwath completes his current project, "Dragon." Meanwhile, Silambarasan is also working on the film "STR48," directed by Desingh Periyasamy, and has finished shooting for "Thuk Life" alongside Kamal Haasan.
