Sean "Diddy" Combs faced serious allegations of drugging and sexually assaulting a woman during a 1991 date, with claims of recording the attack.

The lawsuit was lodged at Manhattan Supreme Court shortly after Combs settled similar accusations made by his former girlfriend, Cassie Ventura.

Joi Dickerson-Neal, a former Syracuse University student, accused Combs of sexual assault after a dinner date at Wells Restaurant in Harlem.

Diddy's spokesperson dismissed the claims as a mere attempt to extort money, denying the accusations to The Post.

The legal filing detailed how Combs allegedly administered drugs that incapacitated the victim. It described her inability to move before being taken to a location where the assault occurred, which was reportedly recorded without her knowledge.

According to the complaint, a friend informed the victim that the video was seen by many individuals, causing significant distress. Subsequently, the accuser experienced severe mental health issues, dropped out of college, and faced challenges in her career and personal life.

The lawsuit pointed out the disparity in Combs' rising success compared to Dickerson's struggles to move forward after the incident.

Dickerson seeks justice under New York's Adult Survivors Act, allowing survivors of sexual assault to pursue legal action irrespective of the incident's timing.

Diddy's team dismissed the accusations, branding them as fabricated and lacking credibility, emphasizing that Combs never assaulted Dickerson and refuting claims involving non-existent companies, deeming the lawsuit an opportunistic money-seeking effort.
