Veteran comedy actress Bindu Ghosh has passed away after battling health issues for the past few months. Despite undergoing medical treatment, she succumbed to her illness, leaving the film industry and her admirers in deep shock.

Bindu Ghosh was a celebrated actress who appeared in numerous South Indian films, including Tamil cinema. She made her acting debut alongside Prabhu in the film Kozhi Koovuthu. Over the years, she starred in several notable films such as Uruvangal Maayalam, Dowry Kalyani, Soorakkottai Singakkutty, Thoongathe Thambi Thoongathe, Kombari Mohan, Neethiyin Nizhal, and Viduthalai.

One of her most memorable performances was in the film Vellai Pura Ondru, where she paired with comedy actor Loose Mohan. Their dance sequence to the song "Ponnunna Ponnu Emmam Periya Ponnu" became a fan favorite and remains a cherished moment in Tamil cinema.
