Superstar Rajinikanth recently praised Prithviraj after watching the trailer of the upcoming Malayalam film "Empuraan." Directed by Prithviraj and starring Mohanlal, the movie is set to release on March 27.

During a meeting with Rajinikanth, Prithviraj showed him the trailer. Impressed by it, Rajinikanth shared his thoughts, which deeply moved Prithviraj. He later wrote on his social media platform X, "You are the first person to watch the 'Empuraan' trailer. I will never forget your words; they mean the world to me. Forever your fan." He also tagged Rajinikanth and shared a picture taken with him.

"Empuraan" is produced by Sri Gokulam Movies, Lyca Productions, and Aashirvad Cinemas. The film serves as the sequel to the highly successful "Lucifer." The cast includes Mohanlal, Prithviraj, Manju Warrier, Tovino Thomas, and Indrajith, among others.

The film initially faced delays but was later set for release with support from Sri Gokulam Movies. Trade analysts predict that "Empuraan" will break several box-office records, including the highest number of screenings and the biggest opening-day collection in Malayalam cinema history.
