Meher Ramesh directorial and Chiranjeevi starrer 'Bholaa Shankarâ has been shot in Hyderabad. Choreographer Sekhar VJ is working on a song with Chiru, 'Mahanati' fame Keerthy Suresh, and 200 junior dancers on an authentic set mirroring Kolkata's aesthetics.
The news is that the legendary filmmaker K Raghavendra Rao has visited the sets of the big-ticket entertainer. There is a curious 'Chudalani Vundi' sentiment to the visit. That film, directed by Gunasekhar, had a Kolkata connection (much like 'Bholaa Shankar') and the 'Annamayya' director visited the Kolkata set back then during the filming of the chartbuster 'Ramma Chilakamma', composed by Mani Sharma.
The iconic filmmaker, with whom the Megastar worked on a handful of blockbusters in the 1990s, today arrived on the set of 'Bholaa Shankar' to congratulate him on the stupendous success of 'Waltair Veerayya'.
Starring Keerthy Suresh as Chiru's sister, the film is in the production phase. Tamannaah Bhatia is its heroine. With music by Mahati Swara Sagar, the film has cinematography by Dudley. Satyanand is a co-writer, while the dialogues are by Thirupathi Mamidala.
