The film `Indian Beauty' is produced and directed by NRI from Andhra Shanthikumar Chilumula, who earlier directed the film `Akkada America - Ekkada India'.

As the title itself suggests it is a story of an American guy, who comes to India to fall in love with an Indian girl, who has the intelligence and the looks to go along with it.

The story also brings to light the disappearance and fading away of ancient traditions and the relationships between the families, which is the backbone of any Indian family to the Indians, who have settled permanently abroad.

The American guy, who falls in love with an Indian girl and later on, the incidents, which take place after that, has been told in a full-length entertaining manner. The film in a way says that there are no boundaries and barriers for real love. No custom and traditions can act as obstacles and hurdles in love.

The film intricately and delicately takes into the account the opinion of the Western world has on the Indian women. The director has handled the subject in full detail, which is for the viewers to see in the theaters.

Colin Mcphee is the hero and Shaijala Rao is the heroine.

Music is by Joey Calvin and photography is by Suresh Rohin. The story, screenplay and direction are by Shanthikumar Chilumula.
