The release of the movie "Idli Kadai" has been postponed, as confirmed by the film's producer, Aakash Bhaskaran, in an exclusive interview with Vikatan.

Dhanush has been actively working as both an actor and a director. After the success of "Raayan," he directed "Nilavukku En Mel Enna Di Kobam," which was released last month and featured his nephew Pavish in the lead role, along with several Gen Z actors in prominent roles.

Even before this film’s release, Dhanush had already begun directing "Idli Kadai." The film stars Dhanush alongside Arun Vijay, Nithya Menen, and Rajkiran in key roles. It was initially scheduled for release on April 10, but due to pending shoot schedules, the release has now been delayed.

Additionally, after "Idli Kadai," Dhanush is set to direct a film starring Ajith, which will also be produced by Aakash Bhaskaran. Reports about this project were circulating in the industry, and Aakash confirmed in his interview that initial discussions for the film are underway.
