The first look of the movie "House Mates" starring Darshan and Kaali Venkat has been released. After his roles in "Kanaa" and "Thumbaa," Darshan returns as the lead actor. He is known to be a close friend of Sivakarthikeyan. The film is a fantasy horror comedy, and the team has unveiled its first-look poster.

Directed by debutant Rajavel, the film features Kaali Venkat, Arsha Baiju, Vinodhini, Dheena, Abdul Lee, and Master Henrik in key roles. Rajavel previously worked as an associate director with filmmaker Ajay Gnanamuthu. "House Mates" is produced by Vijay Prakash and Shakthivel, with cinematography by Satish and music composed by Rajesh Murugesan.

The story revolves around incidents happening in an apartment complex and reflects the emotions of middle-class families. The team is currently in the final phase of production, and they have planned to release the movie during the summer holidays.
