Chennai: The movie 'Dragon', produced by AGS Entertainment, features Pradeep Ranganathan, Anupama Parameswaran, Kayadu Lohar, Mysskin, K.S. Ravikumar, and Gautham Menon, among others. Directed by Ashwath Marimuthu, the film has music composed by Leon James. It is set to release on February 21.
The film's music launch event was held today (Feb 13) in Chennai. During the event, Mysskin spoke about the film's crew and later addressed the controversy surrounding the movie 'Bad Girl'. He expressed his concerns, saying, "A female director made 'Bad Girl', and banning a film just based on its trailer is unfair. Stopping a woman’s film from releasing is disheartening. Seeing a woman in distress deeply affects me. The film industry should unite, communicate with politicians, and ensure the necessary censor cuts are made so that the film gets released. Supporting female filmmakers is crucial."
Following his speech, the hosts displayed images of the film’s crew on a screen and asked Mysskin to give a one-line comment about each person. When his own picture appeared, he remarked, "A person who will soon leave the film industry," before exiting the stage.
