Don Sera

Thursday, January 1, 1970 • Tamil Comments

Adding one more to the long list of movies on gangsters is Don Sera. The movie features Ranjith in the lead role. After a vain attempt to play the hero in Bheeshmar, Ranjith is playing a don in the movie.

The actor, who made his debut in Sindhu Nadhi Poo, says, 'I have witnessed several lean patches in my career. But the courage to succeed has kept me going. With Don Sera, I am hopeful of making a comeback and turning things around'.

Speaking about the movie, he says, 'It is story of a boy, who becomes a gangster due to circumstances. I have done my best to excel in this role. Due credit should be given to director Saravanan for getting the best out of me'.

Suji Bala plays his ladylove. Meanwhile, Saravanan, says, 'It is a movie certainly different from other films on gangsters. Not just the story and the script, but the making itself would be totally different from other films. The whole cast and crew have given their best'.

Heaping praises on Ranjith, he said, he has proved that he can handle any role with ease'

Music is by a debutant Prince, who had worked with Harris Jeyaraj as his keyboard player while Siva Manohar has cranked the camera.

Don Sera is expected for release this weekend.
