Shruti Haasan the eldest daughter of Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan has come into her own through sheer hardwork as a top actress and singer. Just like her father she too is outspoken about most things in her life and share them with her fans on social media. A couple of years back she even owned up to have been a alcohol addict and giving it up.

Shruti in her latest Instagram post has shared another set of health issues she has been battling. Alongside a workout video she wrote “Workout with me. I’ve been facing some of the worst hormonal issues with my PCOS and endometriosis — women know it’s a tough fight with the imbalance and bloating and metabolic challenges. But instead of looking at it as a fight, I choose to accept it as a natural movement that my body goes through to do its best. I say Thankyou by eating right, sleeping well, and enjoying my workout — my body isn’t perfect right now but my heart is. Keep fit, keep happy and let those happy hormones flow! I know I sound a tad preachy but it’s been such a journey to accept these challenges and not let them define me,”

Shruti is currently starring as the heroine in 'Salaar' starring Prabhas and directed by Prashanth Neel which is one of the biggest upcoming productions in pan India. She is also playing the female lead opposite Chiranjeevi and Nandamuri Bala Krishna in their new movies. In Tamil the pretty entertainer has signed a new movie to be directed by Deekay of 'Yaamiruka Bayamey' and 'Kavalai Vendaam' fame.

On the personal front Shruti is dating Santanu Hazarika a doodle artist and illustrator based in Delhi. The couple are active on social media and their intimate photos and videos give couple goals to their fans.
